COUTS CHRISTIAN ACADEMY EARNS ACCREDITATION FROM THE TEXAS ALLIANCE OF ACCREDITED PRIVATE SCHOOLS
Couts Christian Academy in Weatherford has received accreditation for the three year olds up to middle school classrooms from the Texas Alliance of Accredited Private Schools (TAAPS), which has been providing private school accreditation since 1988.
TAAPS evaluation of CCA includes a thorough review of the physical facility and quality of educational achievements. TAAPS interviews both teachers and office staff, as well as, conducts a review of organizational documents including records, curriculum, lesson plans and goals.
For the past 30 years, TAAPS has been dedicated to improving the quality of the nation’s private school education through accreditation and certification and Couts Christian Academy is proud to join the team of quality schools who are proudly backed by their organization. TAAPS encourages facilities to meet or exceed quality standards through accreditation and the teaching of quality improvement concepts.
Couts Christian Academy has always offered high quality education at a considerably more affordable price than other private schools in the area. They individualize instruction in a way that fosters creativity and outside the box thinking. Their Christ centered, community minded approach to living can be seen in the many projects they have been involved in throughout the years, such as Kids Against Hunger, Center of Hope, Acts of Kindness and most recently, the Student Council has raised money to take all of the kids from the Pythian Home to Build-A-Bear. They foster an environment of love and acceptance while growing them into academically strong students.
"We are extremely pleased to have achieved accreditation," states Amy Nesler, CCA's Director. "It is a rigorous process, but one that we welcome as a continual quality improvement mechanism. Earning TAAPS accreditation is another measure of our excellence as a premier provider of education."
