Dottie is the broker for their company and Mark is the office manager. They have always worked together even before they entered into the Real Estate business, when they "rodeoed" together in the PRCA. Mark rode bulls and bareback horses and team roped, while Dottie ran barrels and was a secretary in the PRCA.  Founded Worthington Realty & Inv. Inc. in 1988. Dottie was first President of the Weatherford College Booster Club and instrumental in starting the Little Dribblers Program in Weatherford. Mark is a Weatherford native while Dottie is from Moultrie, Georgia. Mark founded the National Wild Turkey Federation Chapter for Weatherford and is an avid Turkey hunter. Mark & Dottie live south of Weatherford with their buffalo, horses, longhorns, and bucking bulls.
